Let’s connect. We’ll hop on a quick Zoom or phone call to learn more about your story, your vision, and how we can best serve you. No pressure—just a chance to get to know each other.
2. Shared Moodboard Collaboration
We’ll work with you to create a moodboard that reflects the tone, style, and feeling you want from your photos. This ensures we’re in sync before the big day and helps us tell your story with intention.
3. Timeline + Planning Support
Once you’re booked, we’ll help create a wedding timeline template, planning checklist, and our best recommendations—so nothing is forgotten and everything runs smoothly.
4. Final Check-In Call
About a week before your wedding, we’ll have a final Zoom or FaceTime call to confirm logistics, finalize your timeline, and answer any last-minute questions. You’ll head into your day feeling confident and cared for.
5. You Live the Day, We’ll Tell the Story

What is a FOMO/doc edit?
*A full video of all clips shot in sequential order. Think of it as a raw, unstylized "home video" movie of your wedding day. It is especially valuable to those that want to see every moment captured that day, or to use the footage to edit their own clips/reels to share using editing software.
Where are you located? Do you travel?
*We are a wedding videographer team located near Springfield, Missouri. Yes, we would love to travel to be there for you on your wedding day! Travel fees will vary, but will be invoiced after the event. Rest assured, we take steps to save as much money on expenses as possible!
Can I add more hours of coverage?
*Of course! We offer 6-10 hour coverages depending on the collection. If you need more hours however, we can add more via a La Carte menu!
Who are your ideal couples?
*We love to serve couples who live intentionally, who love adventure, and are romantics at heart. They love making memories and aren’t afraid to shed a few tears in front of a camera!
What is a Story Session?
*This separate video shoot is specifically designed to delve deeper into the heart of your love story, showcasing the real you as a couple and capturing those intimate, personal moments that make your relationship truly special. Whether you're into hiking, rock climbing, or simply enjoying a picnic in the park, our "Story Session Shoot" will capture your unique personalities and highlight what makes your love truly one-of-a-kind. Combined with footage from your wedding day, the story session will add depth to your film and bring out the significance of your wedding day! *Along with video, we will be there to capture the audio of the rehearsal, ensuring that every precious word from your parents, grandparents, and loved ones is captured during dinner toasts. With our wedding rehearsal coverage, you'll be able to relive every moment of your wedding celebration for years to come, and cherish those heartfelt words of love and support from your family and friends.
What entails in Full Weekend Coverage?
*Looking for a comprehensive, all-inclusive wedding video experience that captures every moment of your unforgettable weekend celebration? Our Full Weekend Coverage package is the perfect solution for couples looking to document every detail of their dream wedding weekend. With two videographers on hand all weekend, you can rest assured that every moment of your special celebration will be captured, from the welcome reception to the final farewell brunch. Perfect for destination weddings or get-away weekends, our Full Weekend Coverage package will showcase your unique love story and provide you with a treasured memento of this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Are you insured?
*Yes! We have a commercial package policy with Full Frame Insurance that covers general liability
Do you fly drones?
*Yes! We use aerial footage in our films (weather permitting) and is included as part of our base package. Jian is certified to fly drones commercially under the Part 107 certificate with the FAA.
