Why wedding videos suck

Wedding videos can be a beautiful way to capture one of the most special days of your life, but more often than not, they end up being cheesy, generic, and just plain boring.

One of the biggest problems with wedding videos is that they are often filled with 90% slow motion shots and excessive detail shots that just make the video feel slow and tedious. And let's be real, no one wants to sit through a 10 minute video of a bouquet being thrown in slow motion.

Another issue with wedding videos is that they often don't accurately represent the couple or their personalities. Many videographers use generic music and shooting styles, resulting in a video that looks and sounds like everyone else's.

That's why we take a different approach to wedding videography. We believe that your wedding video should mean something, and should truly represent who you are as a couple. That's why we take the time to get to know you and your story before your big day. We strive to capture the heart of your relationship, and observe intently on your wedding day to get the whole picture.

Our process involves more than just pointing a camera and pressing record. We want to create a film that feels like it was made just for you, as if you are the only audience members.

We believe that wedding videos don't have to suck, as long as you find a videographer who is intentional and passionate about their work, and most are great! Choose a videographer who will take the time to get to know you and your story, and who will strive to create a unique and meaningful film. Your wedding day is special, and your wedding video should be too.
